Do I need a consultation before booking?

Yes, we recommend a consultation for new clients. This allows our estheticians to analyze your skin type and customize a treatment plan that ensures the best results for your specific goals.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. We are also open on Sundays from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

We suggest arriving 5-10 minutes early to fill out any necessary intake forms and begin relaxing before your treatment starts.

Can I purchase products or gift cards at the clinic?

Absolutely. We carry a range of premium, skincare products available for purchase, and gift cards are available for all our services.

How often should I get a facial treatment?

For optimal results and maintaining a healthy glow, we generally recommend booking a professional facial every 4 to 6 weeks to align with your skin’s natural renewal cycle.

Do you offer a membership program?

Yes! We offer an exclusive membership program that provides priority booking, special savings on treatments, and member-only perks. Ask us about joining during your next visit.

Will I have "downtime" or redness after my appointment?

Most of our treatments, such as the HydraFacial and LED, are non-invasive and designed to leave you glowing immediately. You can typically return to your daily activities right away.

Do you offer skincare treatments for men?

Absolutely. Skincare is for everyone. We customize our treatments to address common concerns for men, including deep cleansing, hydration, anti-aging and soothing irritation from shaving.
